ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

RETURNS

We receive returns if the product not as described. The following situations are not included: 1) An item you claim is not as described but the seller can prove it is 2) Items are as described but you no longer want them
Please contact seller within 15 days after receiving the item and provide us with a picture of the product for our reference. After we received the picture, we will inform you how to make a return for your order

REFUNDS

Рюкзак пришел вовремя. Большой, вместителный, но ткань уж больно тонкая. не знаю как долго прослужит. Как порвется сразу допишу, специально оставлю товар в заказах. С продавцом не было причин общаться, товар отправил быстро. Рекомендую.
