ORDER CANCELLATION
- All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
RETURNS
- We receive returns if the product not as described. The following situations are not included: 1) An item you claim is not as described but the seller can prove it is 2) Items are as described but you no longer want them
- Please contact seller within 15 days after receiving the item and provide us with a picture of the product for our reference. After we received the picture, we will inform you how to make a return for your order
- Please note that product should be returned in original condition (unused, in the original packaging), failure to complete this requirement might cause ILUVLEE.COM to refuse refund or reshipment
- We will make refund or reshipment (buyer's choice) within 2-3 days after we received the return package
REFUNDS

- You do not receive them within the guarantee time (45 business days, not including 3-5 business day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing a wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ILUVLEE.COM (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of ILUVLEE.COM
You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact page.
